Through storms, Sister visit, and Totalled Car!

Hi Friends, It has been a while since I have been on SP. We made it through stormy weather and hope you all did too. My sister was here for 2 and half weeks and she made it back just before the next Noreaster' hit again.
Saturday night, within sight of our mailbox, our new car was totalled by a ten point buck.
DH was fine and he was driving but I gasped when I saw the deer running into us and tensed up. Not hurt real bad but have some sore places. The deer is now in our freezer and our car towed away.

    I am sorry that the deer hit your car...... However at least you got sometime to eat out of it, lol.

    God will heal you, and your insurance will pay you...right?

    Oh Sherry! I'm so glad to read that you and Gary are both okay, but I am so sorry that your new car was totaled. Our son hit an 8 point buck about 12 years ago, and totally did his car in as well. Well, you should have some good venison to help get you through the winter. I'm so glad you're OK!

    I'm glad that you made it through the storm. I know how you feel about the deer hitting the car. The same thing happened to me several years ago. It was a doe running into the side of my car. Car was totaled. Just glad everyone was ok.
