Did some cardio today on top of my walking and usual routines

I get winded alot faster than I'd like to admit. I need to make it a point to do more of the videos and my dvds consistently instead of just once in a while. Every little bit helps, right??

    Its so frustrating because 2 years ago I started walking, building up to running, and I couldn't run to the end of my street, which was 4 houses down without being winded. By the time I had to stop running because we were moving/renovating the house/packing/etc. I was able to run about 2 miles without stopping, which was a huge improvement...and I dropped 25 lbs. Since that time I've gained it all back plus 10, and am back to square one. So frustrating.

    I'm also home now all day and out in the middle of the country where running outside in the dark takes a whole different meaning since the roads are winding and there's no sidewalks...and people drive way too fast out here for me to feel safe in the dark, which was when I was going-before all the kids wake up.

    Start out with 5-10 minutes and build up to longer times. Then you won't be so out of breath!! You can even do ten minutes three times a day and not all at the same time and still get a good workout from it
