Daily Update - Nov 15th, 2012

Okay, so I didn't do as well as I'd have liked yesterday. I still didn't exercise. BUT I did eat a lot healthier AND I did make it to work even with a migraine, diarrhea, and being exhausted from not sleeping that night. LOL. So, it wasn't a complete waste. It's now 7:30pm here and I haven't exercised yet but I'm doing great on keeping on top of my Sparking AND with healthy eating. So, I think after I finish my Sparking (and no later than 8pm), I'm going to do at least 10 minutes of Just Dance 3 for the Wii and see if I can keep going. If not, then at least I've done something. Here is my list from yesterday:

Must Do:

1. Do 30 min strength training - did not do = 0
2. Stay within Calorie Range - did = 1
3. Drink 8 cups water - did = 1
4. Brush Teeth - did = 1
5. Go to Work - did = 1

Remaining List:

1. Go to Meeting - did = 1
2. Relax for 15 min - did = 1
3. Go to bed no later than 12am - Did = 1
4. Eat 2 freggies (lowered to try to be more consistent) - I got in 5 = 2.5
5. Have a shower - did not do = 0

9.5/5 = 190% emoticon I did pretty darn good except for the exercise. I know I can do it! I will be doing cardio today and although I'd like to get in 30 minutes, I'm going to aim for 10 minutes at least. I can do this. Here are today's goals:

5. Make Meal Plan for Suppers This Week -

2. Relax for 15 min -

5. Have a shower -
