Green Coffee Bean - 4 Weeks

Ok, I have been using this supplement faithfully for the last 4 weeks and I am down a total of 7.6 pounds. I have maintained 1500 calories per day and walked a consistent 15,000 steps per day (with the exception of last week, I was in a conference all week).

My personal opinion of whether or not it works? Meh, I am super proud of my results but I don't know if that is because I have feel like I have been putting in a lot of effort to my weight loss (tracking what I eat and being active) or because of the supplement.

Overall: Doesn't hurt, but not impressed with the results.

    what brand of green coffee beans did you go with. There are so many out there and not sure which ones to choose. Dr Oz said be careful of ones that aren't pure

    my suggestion would be to do 4 weeks eating the same calories, walking the same, etc, but leave out the coffee beans.
    that way, you get comparable results. if you lose as much or less you will know that they didnt play a big role...however, no matter what we eat or how we exercise, results will vary from time to time.
    if you arent having any harmful side effects and you believe it is helping, then keep using it.
