on track for weight loss

I have been away for 4 months but I have continued to stay on track for my weight loss. since my last blog I have lost an additional 8 lbs. my ultimate goal is 40lbs and so far Im up to 13I will stick to my program of 3lbs per month and hope that by the summer on 2013 I would have achieved my goal... emoticon
