I've talked about this before, but I'm so enthused about it that I thought I'd try to share another article about it ~ POLES!!!!

There are so many benefits to using poles when you walk or hike that it would really be a great thing to put on your list for Santa!! This is a Prevention article but there is also a SP article about using Nordic poles while walking. Just saw that today. It was like articles about the benefits of using poles were everywhere today. Really, think about using them - they're great.

Did the big hill today and went into the woods on the hiking trail for the rest of the cardio. Mileage: 8.92 miles. Had a strength training session tonight - core; upper body.

Just had a light dinner of soup tonight. It's cold out and the hot soup tasted real good. Soup is so good this time of year anyway!
