Building Momentum

Yesterday was a good day. Big Healthy breakfast with veggies. Morning walk. Ate within calories. Drank my water. Go in an additional walk on the treadmill with incline in the evening.

I also was really productive last night. Dinner with the family. Made pumpkin bread with my oldest son. Did a little kid time and reading/bed time. Did two loads of laundry. Took pictures and packaged up old clothes for donations. Walked on the treadmill. Hooked up my laptop to the new wireless modom. Fixed a rocking chair.

I need more days like that. Today I'm having lunch with friends. Looking forward to that too!
