Ok, so I don't think I did good, but since I haven't slept yet, I'm not sure. LOL. Here is the list:

Must Do:

1. Do 30 min cardio - did not do = 0
2. Stay within Calorie Range - did = 1
3. Drink 8 cups water - did = 1
4. Brush Teeth - did = 1
5. Go to Weight Management Class - did = 1

Remaining List:

1. Do at least 1 strength training exercise - did not do = 0
2. Relax for 15 min - did = 1
3. Go to bed no later than 12am - oh so did not do = 0
4. Eat 2 freggies (lowered to try to be more consistent) - did not do = 0
5. Have a shower - did not do = 0

5/5 = 100% So, still not a complete failure LOL. I don't know what happened with the sleep thing or exercise thing. I had all intentions of doing it since I was so motivated from my kick butt awesome weight loss. (I lost 1.6 lbs which brought me to 274.6 which is just under my dec 31st goal of 275). However, I then got distracted with lots of Sparking during the day and my plan was to do it after my class at night. However, if I remember correctly (please excuse any rambling as I've been up now for 19 hours), I got home and was STARVING and I didn't have the energy to cook (my fault for not eating properly all day). So, we ordered pizza. I had lots of calories left over in my day since I hadn't eaten much so I didn't go over. However, Pizza is not conducive to exercising as it's heavy and just makes you want to relax. Then, I was playing a video game literally for hours. I didn't even notice time going by. Then I went to go to sleep when I got sleepy (like I normally do) and it was 4:30 am. emoticon So, since I have an 8:30am appointment, I didn't bother going to bed. It's now a little after 5am and I'm going to take my meds so I can eat before my appointment. Then I will come home and hopefully get some much needed sleep between that appointment and work at 4:45. Here is the list for today:

I can do this! I know I can. I just need to not sabotage myself by not eating all day and then being starving at night. Also, I really do need to start forcing myself to turn off all electronics (or at least not be looking at them) 1/2 hour before bed (ie 11:30 pm) and then that way I can maybe force myself to go to sleep at midnight. *sigh* Here's to a better day today!

    What you need is an extra kick! Perhaps you need to spice up your routine to get higher percentage :D And what we both need is good night sleep!

    Overall you are doing GREAT Amalia don't forget that. Sometimes those successful weigh ins make us let our guard down. At least for me they do. Congratulations on that weigh in BTW. Stick with it though and if you can sneak in even 10 minutes it does make a difference. That was all I managed to do yesterday and I did not do well with my eating but I knew it was going to be a tough day for me ( not in an unpleasant way but in a spark way).
    Today is another day. Think how great we can make it! Hope you get some rest. I am an old girl. Couldn't burn the candle at both ends like that anymore.
