Guess it reminds me of vision in need of correction.
Well, I am seeing clearly. I have enjoyed a more lenient paleo eating, but this is good for me too.
When I first started paleo, I did not have the flours and was eating strictly for weeks before I received supplies and DH started, wanting it to have substitutions for the SAD.

It has been a lot of fun creating things (from recipes) to see if he would like them. Last night browned onion and pepper, added left over chicken, good.

I made almond flour tortillas for wraps DH liked it and I liked the mix without.

I might change to paleo a day early depending on what we make for Thanksgiving. We are making a turkey, found an organic fed one. It is also my birthday and was eating paleo for most of months now, so may give myself a day for the celebrations. Looking at herb gravy, maybe sweet potatoe casserole, cranberry sauce, cauliflower mashed, pumpkin bread, rosemary crackers, something apples, mushrooms, sweet potato bacon pecan pie, vanilla ice cream. Well, will make whatever DH wants. I have only been cooking for him a couple months of these years together.
Have an icream book and ice cream maker coming. Tried one years ago and it had a hard time scraping the sides, high hopes this time.
