New Exercise Schedule.

I'm trying a new schedule.
MWF I'm going to work my push-ups and sit-ups. I've looked into the 100 push up challenge. I figure I can try the same thing with my sit-ups. We'll see if these "sets" will help me.
TRSa are run days. Today is Tuesday so Tazzy and I did a 3 mile run. It was 32 minutes, just like my 5K. I was really proud of that.
I did get my hair cut today - I HATE it. My normal girl wasn't in and I was stupid enough to trust another girl. I'm so upset. I like fluffy and curly, she cut this smooth little bob. I feel like an old lady. There is nothing fun about this cut. Hopefully it will grow out quickly.
Other than the hair cut, I'm in a fairly good mood. I've got a plan for my exercise and PT test. I'm working on spreading my calories out more throughout the day. I'm hoping that will help with the evening hunger. I'll keep you all informed.
