I guess it is not enough to have they must be SMART goals! This means Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Realistic, and Timely. Therefore, I am reaffirming my goals in SMART terms.

Goal #1: Reach and maintain a healthy weight for my body in a sensible manner.
SMART Revision: Lose 10 lbs by January 1, 2013 from current weight of 254.

Goal #2: Participate in an exercise program that incorporates stretching, strength training, cardio, and core fitness.
SMART Revision: Participate in cardio or strength training for at least 10 minutes, 7 days a week.

Goal #3: Pass along healthy habits to my children and grandchildren. "Teach one to reach one"
SMART Revision: Exchange one 'sweet treat' for a healthy choice on each visit with my grandchildren. Exchange one healthy recipe per week with my daughter.
