Insanity Fit Test #3

Here's #3 ... Such improvement!! I was scared that the recovery week was going to get me all bent out of shape. I guess building those muscles was a good break, and surprisingly I'm back up on the Insanity horse, only taking the weekend off.

On to Month 2 Day 2 ... Max Interval Plyo ... save me Lord Jesus!!
