WelL That Wasn't So Bad

The Good:
Kept track of calories yesterday.
Kept portion sizes in check.
Spent more time getting ready last night for today.
Worked out for 45 mins this A.M.
Drank 9 glasses of water!

The Bad:
Mindlessly ate 5 Milk Duds
I'm tired.
I still haven't talked to DH.
Ice Cream. With hot fudge.

The Ugly:
Ugh, no red wine. Seriously, that sucked a$$.
