That was my total today on my food track!
OMG! I thought I might have over ate since I had a piece of cake at Sylvia's end of the seasons soccer party. How disappointing is that! Well, okay there was the very small 8-10 peanuts I had after lunch, which was only a non fat Greek yogurt with a hand full of regular cheerios but seriously I thought I was going to cry.
I just could not deal with the results and look over my nutrition tracker.
Phew! Yes, there was an error made by me. I meant to put .23 cup of peanuts (cup was the only choice no Tbsp options) instead I put 23 cups!!!!! And to think if it would have said 2,464 instead of 22,464 I would have just assume it was the yummy slice of cake the put me way over. I never would have looked back just would have felt guilty. However, the number had me sick to my stomach. So, glad I decided to check it over.
BTW: the slice of cake did put me over
with fat and calories, about a 100 or so
