So I'm continuing my training for the half marathon. So far so good with it. I have increased my run days per week from what I was doing on Couch to 5k, but I'm feeling much better with it. The first week I was doing it my knees were doing nothing but hurting like crazy. No they are doing pretty good. It's nice to get a bit of that strain off them.
I'm only 2 more pounds from losing 20. Things are starting to fit better, which is nice. I can't wait until I'm able to get back down to pre-grad school weight, which is only 18 more pounds away. I don't know what I'm going to do for myself when I get there, but I'm sure I can come up with something.
