Dealing with life week 2

Last week was more of the same, insurance and doctors appointments with Aunt, sick family...luckily I haven't caught what they have, so far! My plan is to start back with food tracking, drinking water, and Zumba tonight (that will probably be it for exercise this week, but better than nothing). So, as is the spark way, if I make healthy changes a little at a time, maybe they'll stick and I won't be so stress about things.
