Ok, so my headache is down to a manageable level, but it's still there. I think I'm going to take Advil because having a headache for 3 days is long enough. I slept a lot trying to get rid of it, but it didn't work. I did some math earlier but I was off by a couple of hours. So, here it is. I slept for 4 hours yesterday (from 5pm - 9pm) and then I slept last night for 11 hours (from 12am until 11am). So that's 15 hours sleep in total and it got rid of most of my headache. Here is the list from yesterday:
Must Do:

1. Do 30 min cardio - did not do = 0
2. Track food - did = 1
3. Drink 8 cups water - did = 1
4. Brush Teeth - did = 1
5. Go to Work - did not do = 0

Remaining List:

1. Spend time with Mervin - did = 1
2. Relax for 15 min - did = 1
3. Stay within calorie range - did = 1
4. Eat 2 freggies (lowered to try to be more consistent) - did = 1
5. Have a shower - did not do = 0

7/5 = 140% So, still a pretty good day. Just not the best in choices of what I ate but still I didn't eat out and I was within most of my ranges. I was over in Fat and Sodium but under in carbs and iron. So, not the worst day ever. Here is today's list:

2. Track food -
3. Drink 8 cups water -
4. Brush Teeth -
5. Go to Work -

1. Go to Rally and Sing -
2. Relax for 15 min -
3. Stay within calorie range -
4. Eat 2 freggies (lowered to try to be more consistent) -
5. Have a shower -

I can have a good day! I will! I am going to take 2 Advil right now to try to kick this headache in the butt and have a good day. The rally is in 2 hours and I'm allowed to eat breakfast in about 30 minutes. So, I'll keep Sparking until I can eat, eat breakfast, get ready for work and the rally (as I have no time in between) by packing food and snacks, go to rally, go to work, do strength training when I come home and then shower after that. That's the plan to fit it all in. I might end up being under in calories unless I eat a very big breakfast, but we'll see.

    I can relate to the misery of headaches. I suffer from migraines but they have gotten much better as I have aged. Who knew there were perks to getting old. I found my headaches were often hormonal and or related to foods I ate. Chocolate is a bad one for me, and so is red wine.
    Sounds like you have a busy day ahead and great plans to keep yourself on track.
