slow & steady plan for the week

I am still feeling excellent after surgery.

However, if I push to hard my body QUICKLY shuts me down.

so, my plan is to slowly get back to regular exercise.

Goal/plan for this week:

walk (outside or on treadmill) 4 times for 30 min.
wii yoga 2 times for 30 min.
strength training 2 times for 15 min.

Back to the basics....

    Take it easy - pushing too hard, too soon will just cause a setback that will REALLY frustrate you. Glad you came through surgery feeling so well!

    I'm so pleased you're still feeling good after your surgery! The exercise plan sounds great. I'm actually amazed you can do so much already. Hope your recovery continues to go well!

    DEFINITELY work your way back GRADUALLY! Too much too soon causes more harm than good! I've had my share of major surgeries, so I know whereof I speak! Your plan sounds good. May God bless you in your recovery. Shel
