Still Here

We're heading into the middle of November and I'm still with it. I'm staying on track with my calorie count. I'm exploring new healthy foods and recipes. Finding ways to cut fat and calories and boost nutrition. Still walking and exploring new routes and destinations. I'm adding new exercises to my repitior. I'm not only proud, but I'm surprising myself....
I've lost 27 pounds so far. At this week's weigh in on Tuesday night I'm really hoping to break that 30 pound mark. I'll take any loss as a victory, considering that I've spent the last two decades steadily gaining. But thirty pounds just sounds like real progress...
