Daily Update - Nov 11th, 2012

Sunday, November 11, 2012

First, I'm doing this very late today and should have done it hours ago. I don't even really remember much about Saturday LOL. Second, I've got a bad headache so this will be short and probably not too sweet. emoticon Here's the list for Saturday:

Must Do:

1. Do 10 min exercise - did a quick walk but maybe only 5 min = 0.5
2. Track food - did = 1
3. Drink 8 cups water - drank 7 = 0.875
4. Brush Teeth - did not do = 0
5. Perform in Concert - did = 1

Remaining List:

1. Spend time with Mervin - did not do = 0
2. Relax for 15 min - did = 1
3. Stay within calorie range - under by about 50 = 0.75
4. Eat 2 freggies (lowered to try to be more consistent) - did = 1
5. Have a shower - did not do = 0

5.225/5 = 104.5% So, not the worst day I've ever had but not the best either. LOL. I haven't worked out today and I didn't go to work because of this headache, so I'm pretty sure tomorrow's check in will be the same. However, here's the list I have for today:

Must Do:

1. Do 30 min cardio -
2. Track food -
3. Drink 8 cups water -
4. Brush Teeth -
5. Go to Work -

Remaining List:

1. Spend time with Mervin -
2. Relax for 15 min -
3. Stay within calorie range -
4. Eat 2 freggies (lowered to try to be more consistent) -
5. Have a shower -

I wish i could say that I know I'll have a good day but as it's over soon, I know I didn't have the greatest or the worst. I was nicely in the middle. I will try to have a good day tomorrow and hopefully this really bad headache is gone by then.

Hopefully now your headache is gone :D
I think you did pretty well despite of the headache but if it feel so bad, you better skip exercise and have rest coz don't want you to get much worse!
