I need to find a way to exercise. I can do arm stuff, but not leg stuff. I will have to do some exercise research and get me some hand weights again.

    BMJOHNSON84, I was in a very severe accident a few years back where I got hit by a car. I have major pain issues and using my legs too much to exercise really makes me hurt!

    why no leg stuff if you don't mind my asking? Hand weights can be very good for arm work, also kettle bells. We have a TRX system set up in our basement. you use your own body weight, and adjust your position to use more or less of your body weight. I am not sure if that would be an option for you, but it makes it easy to just do arms, legs, or you can do whole body cardio type as well.
    Also, I have a kindle fire, and on there, they had some free apps of workouts, arms, legs, buns, cardio. That may be another option if you have a tablet.
