I need Help

Sad face.
I lost 7kg and gained 3kg back.
Sad face.
Tracking my food has been difficult and i dont know what to do now.
How will i ever get to 63kg.

    Be prepared for fluctuations, especially being a woman, because different times in your cycle you will retain water etc. causing small gains here and there.

    Diligence is really the key here. Tracking your food and activity is probably the most critical aspect of it for me. Make yourself reminders or set a small goal to log in daily and start a streak for logging in or tracking food/fitness. I promise you if you have any shread of competitiveness in you, you will want to see those streaks grow longer day by day and you'll start competing with yourself to do these things daily and your mindset will start to change.

    Are you drinking water and doing some exercise to help with your loss

    Are you doing any emtoional eating . Strress does cause weight to come back on even if you are eating right

    It can be very devastating when you work so hard and then all of the sudden you get slapped in the face with the weight you were trying lose. I read some good articles today about weight training. Give it a try and see if it works, and remember muscle weighs more than fat. It could be that you are gaining more muscle. emoticon
