I had plans to go bicycling, but decided to do a full "regular" workout... stretching, elliptical, and treadmill. I am not normally much of a movie-watcher, but my sister recommended a movie and I promised her I'd watch it. So I watched it during my workout and surprise, I got so distracted by the movie that I was able to go longer on both the elliptical and the treadmill! And I was able to increase my speed by .5 mph! Maybe distraction is what I need to keep my mind off the negative thoughts that I often have while exercising.
But back to the cycling.... hubby wants to go with me tomorrow for a long bike ride together. I'm excited about it and hope the nice weather holds out.
