FFF - Wave Runners - Week 3

November 4 - 10

This week was a good one, an easy one to do, and great for me to keep accountable with sparkpeople. For the main challenge we had to for the all 7 days to spin the daily login. We needed this to prove to ourselves of our commitments we made for ourselves to win this battle of the weight, for me it is true. I need to keep accounted this way to show my commitment.

I did every day for 7 days this week to get my 30 points for the main challenge.

My spins for the days were:

Sunday: 25
Monday: 5
Tuesday: 3
Wednesday: 5
Thursday: 2
Friday: 3
Saturday: 7

Just my spins alone this week has earned me 50 spark points.

For the 20 points bonus was to find atleast 10 recipes that would work for our diet and lifestyles. We didn't have to make them but just to get an idea of our options.

For the team challenge we just went a little further with the spark points challenge, aim was to get enough points to spin the bonus wheel. And post our total points up for the day. This is just our 5 week day challenge for our own group Wave Runners to earn 10 points a day for doing it. I got my 50 points for this challenge aswell.

For this challenge alone i managed to earn 705 spark points, although alot of it was spent on spark goodies :)
