I had a pretty good day yesterday I think. I ate not too bad and was actually under by 975 calories or so which is odd for me. I know that for a once in awhile thing it won't kill me so I'm not too worried. However, if I keep have it happening I'll plan better. I did my cardio but not my strength training. Here is my list:

Must Do:

1. Do 30 min cardio - did = 1
2. Track food - did = 1
3. Drink 8 cups water - did = 1
4. Brush Teeth - did = 1
5. Do 30 min strength training - did not do = 0

Remaining List:

1. Spend time with Mervin - did = 1
2. Relax for 15 min - did = 1
3. Stay within calorie range - was under = 0.5
4. Eat 2 freggies (lowered to try to be more consistent) - did = 1
5. Have a shower - did not do = 0

7.5/5 = 150% So, still a pretty good day even though I didn't do my strength training. I am going to try to have an even better day tomorrow but it will be busy. It's supposed to be my exercise day off but if I have time in between the busy-ness, than I'll try to fit it in. Here is my list for today:
