I need to start using my slow cooker more! Can't do cheese or gluten, so I am limited a bit but I'm looking for stuff. I also have a nasty food sensitivity to fennel (in sausage). But, I keep looking for new ideas.
Later this week, I'm going to try Beef Bourginon (sp?) without the flour. If I have to thicken it a tad with a bit of cornstarch it won't be the end of the world! 2472 days ago
