I need a new plan of action!
More water, less sugar... track everything.
I hate the way I look, the way I feel and the way other would see me
So.... what can I do?
1. I can start moving my body!
I have not been to the gym in 2 weeks.. I hit it here and there. I need to commit to at least 3 times a week!
2. I need to get 2 litres of water in me a day.. regardless of my plans or where I am!
3. I need to eat 3 healthy meals and 2 healthy snacks( not candy or chocolate)!
4. I need at least 8 hours of rest a night!
Just 4 simple rules... I need to live by... if I can do this.. my
will be healthy!
