Daily Update - Nov 9th, 2012

I think I had a good day yesterday....in fact I'm sure of it. I had a friend come over to visit and we did Just Dance 3 for about 35 minutes and I burned almost 500 calories doing it. I then did dishes and laundry as well to make sure I got it all done. I even ate well. I was only under by about 20-25 calories so that's pretty good. A couple of weeks ago, that would have been my normal range so not too bad. Here was the list:
Must Do:

1. Do 30 min cardio - did 35 min = 1.167
2. Track food - did = 1
3. Drink 8 cups water - got in 11 cups = 1.375
4. Brush Teeth - did = 1
5. Do dishes - did = 1

Remaining List:

1. Spend time with Mervin - did = 1
2. Relax for 15 min - did = 1
3. Stay within calorie range - low but very close = 0.75
4. Eat 2 freggies (lowered to try to be more consistent) - ate 3 = 1.5
5. Have a shower - did not do = 0

9.792/5 = 195.84% emoticon emoticon It keeps me so accountable. I know that people could say I'm messing with my numbers by having 10 things and then dividing by 5 BUT the reason I do that was for 1) motivation and 2) because that way I have 5 things I really really want to do and then 5 things that I'm not so upset if I do them or not. So, emoticon . I'm so glad my plan is working! I am going to have another good day. I can feel it. Here is today's list:

    You are on a roll and doing fantastic. I can just feel your energy and the excitement knowing how well you are doing for yourself.
    I love that you have a well thought out system that works for you. Makes sense to me.
    I am planning to work Just Dance into my fitness today too. I draw the blinds and shake my bootie like nobodies business and what fun. You can sure work up a sweat. I think mine is Just Dance 1. maybe I will ask Santa for an upgrade for Xmas emoticon
