Friday report and team update

Today is my 556th consecutive day of cardio.
It's been a busy week (what else is new!) but of course I got my workouts done.
The other day I got an email asking why I had joined a team for new members, specifically new members joining during the week of 11-11 to 11-17. I was asked to be one of the group moderators for those who join during the upcoming week and I said something like, "Sure, I'll be glad to do it." At the time I was multitasking, of course. I believe I was on the highway at 70+ mph, entering information into a Smartphone.
No need for concern, I wasn't driving. I wonder sometimes if a tablet wouldn't be more practical than a smartphone for doing work, as I hate re-typing all those mistakes from hitting the wrong keys on such a small touch board. (some of you may remember how much I really do not like laptops, but I'm starting to warm to the tablet idea).
Anyway, the new group starts Sunday and I've still got to come up with a picture or logo for the group. Any suggestions?
For the past week, my workouts looked like:
At least three days per week:
Bench Press - 6 sets of 15 to 20 reps
Crunches - 6 sets of 35 reps
Tricep Dips - 6 sets of 20 reps
Seated Leg extensions - 6 sets of 25 reps
Bicep curls - 6 sets of 20 reps
Squats - 6 sets of 20 reps
1 minute sprints (raise HR to approx 150), 12 sets
rest between sets
forward stretch one minute (touch the floor) , 6 sets
standing quad stretch 30 seconds each leg , 6 sets
The other days of the week I'm doing 3 sets of pushups, crunches, squats, and dips along with the 12 sets of sprints
The Jog/Walk Across America team stats (we're about 100 miles from completion of the journey and if a couple of team members enter the last few weeks' worth of activity, we'll find we're already there):
