Had A Good Week!

It looks like I'm getting back on track. I've been trying to stay positive, active, and been making myself set little goals each day to achieve! Still steadily losing weight, eating fewer processed foods, & getting good sleep at night. Just hope I can keep it up :) One thing I have seemed to conquer is my weekend routine. I used to be scared of weekends because I knew it meant I would slack off on working out and eat more but that isn't ever a problem anymore. Life is good & even better since today is Friday!     You are a rock star!! You're doing great, I love how things get a bit easier the more we do them. You said "Just hope I can keep it up." No need for hope, you ARE doing it and you WILL do it!! Of that I have no doubt.
