So after almost 2 weeks of my intense training schedule, I hit a bit of a wall yesterday. First, my muscles are very sore and I've been noticing the last few days that exercise hurts more than normal. The day before yesterday I did some strength training and then I played volleyball later in the evening for about 40 minutes. Yesterday was pretty awful. I came home from work and started feeling anxiety, which is a problem I've had for years. I stopped medication because I didn't like the way it made me feel. But I still get anxiety attacks once in a while. I tried to kickbox but only made it 20 minutes or so. I also did some abs, which I guess is something. But I didn't push like I normally do. Not being able to finish my workout made my anxiety even worse. Then some other issues came up and before I knew it, I was having a bad spinal headache. Definitely not my day! But it was probably good for my muscles to rest a bit.

Today will be hectic. My mom is coming over after work to use my washing machine. My 13 yr. old stepdaughter is having her birthday sleepover tonight. And I'm still determined to get in a workout. I saw one on the internet I'm going to try: 5 moves, done for 30 seconds each, repeated 10 times. It's basically strength and cardio together and I will also do my ab exercises. I just need to breathe, stay calm, stay focused, and thinking about my goals!
