I was having a bad day yesterday. I was feeling down and totally disheartened. I felt like my husband was trying to always one up me. We spoke about this and he said that we are a team and in this together and that he is sorry for making me feel that way. See it does help to talk about things. So today I'm up bright and early and heading for 6k run. I will do my measurements because I can feel that Im smaller in the legs and butt area for sure. I will keep going and pushing because this is usually the point where I give up and that is where I have gone wrong times before. I am going to cut out most carbs for the time being to try to get some initial fat loss happening as well as upping my resistance training. Thanks girls for always being supportive and giving me great advice.
