Where did October go??

Thursday, November 08, 2012

I can't believe we are into November already! I have been working my butt off (I wish that was literally true). I've added about 500 books into my inventory. It is a lot of work because I scan the book cover, have to research the book to see what its selling for, add it to my inventory program and post it to Amazon, my website, Barns & Noble, Half.com and Biblio.com. I use a program that posts to all of them at one time, except for Amazon which is a hell unto itself.

I'm also selling trucks & other stuff on eBay. Its a lot of work. I'm also hitting the thrift shops picking up new stock, which is a load of fun. And in between fixing listings, mailing out books )(Yea!) and attempting to keep up with laundry and house work. Its so crazy. My husbands job has been super stressful so he's alternating between acting like a jerk, and wanting me to sit and rub his back, feet or just sit and watch TV with him, while rubbing his feet, head or back. He is bringing in the money that supports the house so I have to keep him functioning but its pissing me off too because I'm supposed to be getting a real business going, keep running the house, cook dinner, food shop, clean up dinner, walk the dog, and still have time to rub his feet. I have two grown children (19 & 25) and they are both mostly selfish in that they expect me to continue to feed, clean up & do their laundry. I have to constantly tell them to clean up, pick up, take out the garbage, yada yada.

I'm seriously at the minimum of housework here, but I just don't have time.
The daughter is just reached the end of my understanding with her bipolar bull. I comprehend she just started new medication, I comprehend she has issues but I just want her to get off her ass, help in the house without me having to do the drill Sargent thing. The boy is working full time, he's hardly home but when he is he's loud and messy, I wish he would just move out! I wish the daughter would too. Or I wish they would act like the adults they claim to be and freaking clean up after themselves without me chasing them down to do it.

I live in a house with 4 adults but none of them act like adults. Whine, whine whine. Not having a good day I guess.

Cheryl That is what we are here for, so you can unwind your self on us and let it all out. never be afraid to let it all out on us. We are here for you and we totally understand. Your children should be standing on their two feet but your husband should be so much more understanding. He knows you have been working on this book project for such a long time and you have dedicated many long hours to it. Like I said we are here for you, Cheryl We are here for you and always will be. God bless and Good Luck
