SparkCoach Action Plan - Nov 8th, 2012

Okay, so today's Action Plan was to write myself a letter of encouragement the same way I would write to a friend in my situation. So, here it goes:
I am so proud of you. You are doing an amazing job every day by making healthier decisions. You are constantly trying to watch what you eat, tracking your food and exercising more than ever. You need to remember that you are doing this for yourself so that you can do the things you love to do without any issues and so that you can be around for a long long time to be with your friends and family. You are an important person and every decision you make that gets you closer to your goals is fantastic! Right now on your journey you have lost 30.8 lbs!!!!!! That is wonderful! This means you are definitely doing the right things.
I know that sometimes it can be hard to see past all of the things you are doing "wrong" but please remember that it is one step at a time and one decision at a time. You are making many more good decisions than bad ones and you are right on track if not ahead of schedule when it comes to where you hope to be. You need to remember that although your ultimate long term goal is to be able to do something (such as exercise for 30 minutes 5 days a week and 60 minutes 1 day a week), your short term goal for Dec 31st is to just be doing 30 minutes cardio 3 times a week. You are exceeding that every week!!!! You will reach your goals in no time. I believe in you and you should believe in you too.
