So Frustrated.

Thursday, November 08, 2012

I am feehe ling so disheartened today. I have been working out most days and eating so well and I have not lost any weight. I do feel like i am toning up but that is all. I am so frumpy and fat and just feel horrible. I have been running and doing circuit workouts and eating salads and being really good. But no change. I know I have to keep going I know all that and I probably have lost inches but I am just having a moment.
I am feeling like POO, My husband is working out a lot too but he is making me feel really inadequate, any thing I say that i know about fitness etc he snaps at me like I'm having a go at him or something. And because he has read articles he KNOWS EVERYTHING about EVERYTHING.

I have so been there. Do not give up do not give up. You seem to be doing everything healthy so just keep being healthy and the other stuff will eventually follow.

In sorry you're having a tough time. Maybe try rating lots of lean protein instead of salads. Salads don't fill me up and then I just get frustrated and angry. We've all been there!

I'm sorry to hear about the problems with your hubby. I hope it turns around soon! Maybe try talking with him?

As for weight loss, I definitely understand. It seems as if I have been losing the same 3 pounds for the last month or so. However, keep going! This journey isn't just about losing weight - it should be about your health too! Just keep doing what you are doing. Like DEBBYNATION said, check your measurements too!
