I am feehe ling so disheartened today. I have been working out most days and eating so well and I have not lost any weight. I do feel like i am toning up but that is all. I am so frumpy and fat and just feel horrible. I have been running and doing circuit workouts and eating salads and being really good. But no change. I know I have to keep going I know all that and I probably have lost inches but I am just having a moment.
I am feeling like POO, My husband is working out a lot too but he is making me feel really inadequate, any thing I say that i know about fitness etc he snaps at me like I'm having a go at him or something. And because he has read articles he KNOWS EVERYTHING about EVERYTHING.
