30 Day Shred No More

Due to some previous medical issues I'm unable to continue with the 30 Day Shred, but I will continue to walk 1.4 miles a day at least as well as the Low Carb eating :)
I'm pretty frustrated with my body. I know I can't control it and that things just happen in life but it just makes me stronger and want to fight even harder in anyway I can.
Weigh In Day is TM!!!!!!!!! I'm beyond Excited!

    You sound like a fighter. I am too. Things happen in your life that you can't control, but if you can learn by them and it helps you become a stronger better person than you were before the crisis, then you are progressing forward. Good luck on weigh in I lost one pound this week. My goal is to loose one pound a week until I reach my ideal weight loss goal. Good luck with your health issues and everything else going on with your life!
