Daily Update - Nov 7th, 2012

I had a pretty good day yesterday I think. I was under calories because I chose to not pig out on take out last night instead of filling up. I did have a small fries, but that was it. I also did my exercise again so I was glad to get that back in. Here was my goals:

Must Do:

1. Do 30 min cardio - got in 37 minutes = 1.23
2. Track food - did = 1
3. Drink 8 cups water - got in 9 = 1.125
4. Brush Teeth - did = 1
5. Go to therapist - did = 1

Remaining List:

1. Cook meal from The Sparkpeople Cookbook - did = 1
2. Relax for 15 min - did = 1
3. Stay within calorie range - was under = 0.5
4. Eat 2 freggies (lowered to try to be more consistent) - got in 4 = 2
5. Have a shower - did not do = 0

9.855/5 = 197.1% emoticon I did have an awesome day! I also notice that I reached or exceeded my goals on my Must Do list so that's aweseome! Here is today's list:

2. Track food -
3. Drink 8 cups water -
4. Brush Teeth -
5. Go to work -

1. Do dishes -
2. Relax for 15 min -
3. Stay within calorie range -
4. Eat 2 freggies (lowered to try to be more consistent) -
5. Have a shower -
