SparkCoach Action Plan - Nov 7th, 2012

Okay, so for SparkCoach today, we were asked to write about WHY we want to lose weight, get healthy, eat better, etc. The main reason they're asking is because most people have a bigger goal that sometimes they don't specifically say out loud. So, here are some reasons (in no particular order) as to why I'm doing this:

1. I want to be able to dance again for fun and as my expression of my emotions for as long as I want again
2. I want to be able to do things with my kids (someday since I don't have any) and boyfriend without getting winded or needing to stop a lot
3. I want to be proud of myself and love myself
4. I want to make my Mother (in Heaven) and my Father proud of me. I know that they are for the most part, but I think this would be a great one to prove I can do.
5. I want to have confidence in myself again

So, there we go. If I think of any more, I'll add them underneath here so you'll know they were added.
