1. Homemade beef jerky
2. 2 dried apricots
3. An egg or two
4. 12 almonds or other nuts
5. An apple or two
6. Plain yogurt with stevia (OK, maybe this isn't paleo, but it works for me)
7. Celery and carrots
8. Sunflower seeds
9. Grain free chocolate chip cookies (recipe to follow)
10. Cheese stick
