I have come to realize that as much as my mind says I'm an athlete, i'm not quite there again yet lol. I have done the 30 day shred for 5 days now, and it is becoming clear that I will be extending Level One indefinitely until I can easily do the modified version. At that point I will move on to Level Two. So far doing level one has been pretty hard for me.
I take breaks after the cardio and some of the strength sections. I will not give up but I will be doing what i need to do to at least maintain level one the best I can. I also continue to walk 1.4 miles at least 3times a week :) I LOVE walking in cool/cold weather it's so refreshing.
