Daily Update - Nov 6th, 2012

So, I had an okay day today. I didn't do my strength training and I ate out at Wendy's again for supper. Again, though I made it to work and I had enough calories to do so. Went over in Sodium and Fat but that was it. Here is the list:

Must Do:

1. Do 30 min strength training - did not do = 0
2. Track food - did = 1
3. Drink 8 cups water - did = 1
4. Brush Teeth - did = 1
5. Go to work - did = 1

Remaining List:

1. Do dishes - did = 1
2. Relax for 15 min - did = 1
3. Stay within calorie range - did = 1
4. Eat 2 freggies (lowered to try to be more consistent) - I had 6 servings = 3
5. Have a shower - did not do = 0

10/5 = 200% So, I did have a fantastic day....just not in the exercise and shower department. LOL. Here is the list for today (my day off):

2. Track food -
3. Drink 8 cups water -
4. Brush Teeth -
5. Go to therapist -

Remaining List:

1. Cook meal from The Sparkpeople Cookbook -
2. Relax for 15 min -
3. Stay within calorie range -
4. Eat 2 freggies (lowered to try to be more consistent) -
5. Have a shower -

I can do it! I know I can. emoticon

    WooHoo for what you have accomplished! If it's harder to do 30-min strength at one go, try split them into smaller sessions, especially during your busy days :D That what I do when I "foresee" that I will be so tired after work so I sneak-in exercises throughout the day :D
