last week, i committed to adding regular strength training to my fitness plan. i just completed the one minute push up test. www.sparkpeople.com/reso
i did 27 modified push ups. the last time i tested, i only did ten, so i've improved. i didn't go down to 3" from the floor, but i went down far enough to work those muscles, but good! ouch! it's a start. i'm going to keep working at this until i can get down to three inches from the floor, and do over 30 in a minute....we'll see how long that takes. i'll get some needed upper body strength.
