It's My Blog And I'll Complain If I Want To...

Monday, November 05, 2012

I have been in such a good mood the last few days. But all that ended when my girls woke up at 6:22 this morning. Sarane (2) has been a demanding and rather mean spirited little demon spawn this morning. Elora (11.5 months) has been very needy and whiny. There has been lots of fighting and screaming and crying this morning.
On top of which my sinuses are all funky being all stuffed up one minute and running (and choking me) the next. I still have a headache from grocery shopping last night. Think very crowded, very noisy and, thanks to a few select women, very perfumy. My toilet is broken and I really don't feel like dealing with my landlord because she is one hair shy of being a slumlord. I also don't want to deal with the illegal mexicans that don't speak english that work for her. Yes I'm sure they are illegal and they are also rude as all get out. Body language and inflection are the same in any language! I also have some deep cleaning to do on my apartment. I really am not all that motivated but it has to be done. Elora's first birthday party is Saturday. A possible 16 people in our tiny, tiny apartment. Yay. I really just feel like curling up in a closet and sleeping the rest of the day.
Alrighty, it's time to put my big girl panties on, find my supermom cape (haha) and get this shiz (I'm working on my cussing since Sarane dropped the Fbomb yesterday) taken care of.

Hang in there! Maybe it'll be nap time soon, the toilet will get fixed, your headache will go away, the cleaning will get done, your sinuses will quit torturing you and the party will be a success! It could be worse. emoticon
