Surprise on the scale. We'll see what it does tomorrow. I didn't hear from Brett yesterday :( They are getting a lot of wind and waves so I hope they are doing okay.

Yesterday I did really well on fitness but missed my water minimum.

I bought me my smaller bathing suit last night! Very cute tankini-Christina design. It's a 10 (which is small for me). I only have about 1" to lose around hips and 2 around weight and I can wear it and look good. A bikini is looking way off in the distance but I am excited about this tankini.

Here's my goal list:

NEW GOALS FOR 4/10/07-4/17/07

1. Exercise/Strength
(45 min bike ride, 30 min walk, 120 min boatwork-similar to really hard yoga on a boat!)

2. Get to 162 lbs.
(160.5 I have lost additional 1.5 (we'll see tomorrow).

3. 3-5 svgs fruits/ veggies
(2) Goal not met

4. 8-10 cups water
(6) Goal Not Met

6. Work on boat 3x

7. Work on my book 3x
