Yogurt for breakfast.

I have found that I enjoy eating yogurt at breakfast. I can even put a few almonds in it to pretend its more filling. I just wish I could have fruit or cereal or something with it. Right now I cannot have fruit, berries, grains, seafood, or anything with carbs. I guess what surprised me most is I cannot even have carrots.
Mostly I get to have salad with low carb veggies, yogurt, nuts, some meats, and lots of spices.
I am glad my hunger is suppose to decrease. In two months I go back for blood work and see how everything looks. Then hopefully I can work more on my nutritional intake. Right now it is really hard since it seems like I cannot eat anything.
