Starting week 6: mostly under control

So it's the end of another week, and I managed to survive Halloween with minimum damage. I did gain a little bit - but not too much. A big factor was counting my calories - even if it was over the limit!
So this week is gonna be damage control, plus hopefully another 2 lbs progress. I figure if I can lose 2 lbs a week, I can manage to make my goal of 225 by new years. It's gonna be crazy with Thanksgiving and Christmas coming up... But all I can do is try my best - and that means no stuffing myself on holiday food! I think resisting all the wonderful meats my family makes is going to be the toughest part - knowing when to stop eating (even on veggies!) is going to be a close second.
So this week I would like to do something active every day again like I originally planned at the start. I will make a huge effort to find the time. Basically I have been pretty active lately, but nothing specifically for exercising. I want to take some time each day to focus on fitness!
Also, I want to make sure I get at least and hour or two of studying in every day - my deadline is fast approaching and I really have so much to learn...
So, over all;
I am strangely optimistic about this week, despite the setback on week 5. I have faith in myself! I know if I keep a positive attitude, things will generally work out better all around.
