Daily Update - Nov 4th, 2012

Ok....so yesterday started with great plans and good intentions but then not all of it happened. I didn't work out at all. *sigh* And I didn't have my shower either. Oh well. Here's the list to see how I did overall:

Must Do:

1. Do 30 min strength training - did not do = 0
2. Track food - did = 1
3. Drink 8 cups water - did = 1
4. Brush Teeth - did = 1
5. Do 30 min Cardio - did not do = 0

Remaining List:

1. Do dishes - did = 1
2. Relax for 15 min - did = 1
3. Stay within calorie range - was under by 25 calories = 0.5
4. Eat 2 freggies (lowered to try to be more consistent) - I did get in my 2 = 1
5. Have a shower - did not do = 0

6.5/5 = 130% So, not the worst day ever (other than not exercising right). I did manage to avoid a craving for Wendy's on the drive home from my friend Karen's place. So, that's a plus. have a pretty similar list of things today. Here they are:

I'm going to try really hard to have a good day. So far I started it okay by doing some exercise (20 minutes) but am frustrated so it might throw off part of my day. I can do this! I know I can!
