Holy Muscle Soreness!!!!

I am beyond sore today, Day two of the 30 day shred. Mostly my legs, glutes, and thighs are very sore. My abdominal muscles are sore too. Yikes I didn't realize how many muscles I actually had :)
I'm feeling positive still about this journey. I am a little worried about my eating habits. I am trying my best to eat healthy but at times I feel I actually do not eat enough food.
As of now my typical meals have been somewhat like this
- Breakfast-3 Eggs, 2 pieces of Wheat Toast
- Snack- An apple
- Lunch- Chicken Breast/ American Cheese Sandwich on Wheat Bread W/Mustard
-Dinner- Usually the same as Lunch
-Mostly Drink Ice Cold Water
