Daily Update - Nov 3rd, 2012

Ok, so I didn't do much of what I planned yesterday but I still felt like I had an okay day. I ate very well and I decided to make yesterday my day off exercising so I'll be doing it today. Here was yesterday's list:

Must Do:

1. Do 30 min strength training - did not do = 0
2. Track food - did = 1
3. Drink 8 cups water - did = 1
4. Brush Teeth - did = 1
5. Do 30 min Cardio - did not do = 0

Remaining List:

1. Spend time with Mervin - did = 1
2. Relax for 15 min - did = 1
3. Stay within calorie range - did = 1
4. Eat 2 freggies (lowered to try to be more consistent) - had 7 = 3.5
5. Have a shower - did not do = 0

9.5/5 = 190% So still an awesome job. Eating right (with veggies and stuff) made up for it apparently. :) Here is today's list:

I am going to have an awesome day today. I can feel it!

    Still a good job overall, WooHoo! I like that you keep track lots of non-exercise such as relaxing 15-min, spend time with Mervin, freggies and calories :D
