This one will be short and sweet, BUT.. I feel the need to put this in writing.
I have three immediate goals... ok, not goals, but officially on my THINGS TO DO for the day...
1) Track everything that goes into my face (doctor's orders)
2) Drink 8 cups of water a day (doctor's orders plus it's one of my team goals)
3) Get around the block as fast as possible - running (if possible) or speed walking - and on days I feel motivated, more than once.
My "eventual" goal is to run, without stopping, around my block so I can then increase the distance I go from the house. I'm well over 100 pounds overweight and just do not feel comfortable "running" any further away from my house. I can walk anywhere, but if I want to run, I need to stay close to home for now.
